Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga massage is a treatment that is both deep and gentle, working on the body, nervous system, and energy. Although it bears the name "Thai," it originates from ancient India and the tradition of yoga, before being developed and transmitted throughout Thailand.
It offers a space where the body can relax, the breath can calm down, and tensions — often stored in the muscles, fascia, and nervous system — can begin to be released.
Often described as "received yoga," it combines gentle stretches, pressure, mobilizations, and attentive touch to stimulate circulation, hydrate and loosen the fascia, and soothe the nervous system. Rooted in yoga traditions and energetic bodywork practices, it considers the person holistically—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and invites the body to rediscover its natural balance.
It is a holistic approach that supports the body's natural ability to rebalance and repair itself, and can be particularly beneficial during periods of stress, pain, fatigue, or overload.
The Session
The sessions are conducted fully clothed, on the floor on a futon, in a calm and safe space.
Each session is completely personalized.
I adapt the pace, pressure and type of work to your current state — whether you are living with stress, pain, fatigue, illness, or simply a need for rest and refocusing.
Thai Yoga massage can support:
-
stress and anxiety
-
muscle tension and pain
-
fatigue and exhaustion
-
the regulation of the nervous system
-
a feeling of disconnection or overload
Throughout the session, the intention is to help your nervous system relax, release areas of tension, and allow the body to return to a more fluid, calmer, and more balanced state.
The sessions last approximately 60 to 90 minutes and take place at Naturôme, in a calm, warm and respectful setting, or at home.
