My Story
I've been working with the body for most of my life. I started out as a professional classical dancer, then, at the age of 30, I discovered yoga and have never regretted it, practicing it daily for over 20 years.
With this love of yoga, I qualified as a teacher and have been teaching yoga for 13 years. This led me to train in yoga therapy. I completed 3 years of additional training to qualify as a yoga therapist in order to support each person in a more individual and tailored way.
I work with people from all walks of life, particularly to help with stress, pain, fatigue, or physical, emotional, or mental imbalances, and to support people living with chronic illness. My approach is based on the tools of yoga, breathing, and conscious movement, while listening attentively to the body and mind.
At the same time, I practice Thai Yoga massage, a floor treatment, clothed, combining yoga, acupressure and energy work to release tension and restore balance to the nervous system.
I offer my sessions in a calm and warm space in Naturôme, Saint-Michel, where I welcome you for a moment of listening, presence and care.
